Casa Calmar is a brand owned by Loftreference, Atividades Turísticas Lda.
The information on this site is the property of Loftreference, Atividades Turísticas Lda. Downloading, reproducing or forwarding it, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
The user of this site may not use any software or application that interferes with the normal operation of the site. You may not use any application, automatic mechanism or manual process to monitor or copy its pages, without the prior consent and authorization of Loftreference, Atividades Turísticas Lda.
Users are responsible for the data they provide on this site. Loftreference, Atividades Turísticas Lda will process the information provided for the purposes of providing services and administrative and commercial management.
Users of this website have the right to access, modify and delete the information they provide to Loftreference, Atividades Turísticas Lda. To do so, you must send a communication to Loftreference, Atividades Turísticas Lda, to geral@calmar.pt.

Policies and Information
Casa Calmar offers 2 payment methods: credit/debit card and bank transfer.
The reservation will only be confirmed once proof of a bank transfer of 50% of the total stay has been received.
You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 30 days before the check-in date and you will receive a refund of the amount already paid. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the check-in date, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Our invoices are issued by default as the final consumer. If you would like an invoice with your tax information, please ask us at reservas@calmar.pt, at the time of booking or at the time of check-out. From the day after check-out, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to issue an invoice with your tax information for accounting reasons.
If you choose the bank transfer method, your reservation will only be considered confirmed if you immediately send proof of the bank transfer to reservas@calmar.pt. Otherwise, Casa Calmar may cancel the reservation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00. You must inform Casa Calmar in advance of your arrival time. Check-out time is until 11:00.
Casa Calmar may at any time change the value of existing rates, except for reservations or pre-bookings already made.
Casa Calmar may at any time cancel or suspend any package or promotion on its website.
The cabin cannot accommodate children or extra beds, it can only accommodate cribs. The Porch and Patio Houses can accommodate children and cribs.
Casa do Alpendre is limited, at its normal rate, to occupancy by a total of 6 adults/children. Casa Calmar reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not comply with this condition.
Casa do Pátio is limited, at its normal rate, to occupancy by a total of 8 adults/children. Casa Calmar reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not comply with this condition.
The Patio and Porch Houses are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Romantic Packages are limited to the stay of 2 adults. Casa Calmar reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not comply with this condition.
Wi-Fi is free and only available inside our homes.
Parking is private, outside and free of charge.
Breakfast is served every morning at the door of each of the houses, provided that it is booked by 5pm the day before and for a fee (extra charge), and is not included in the price of the reservation.
Pets are not allowed.

Wood for the fireplaces is only available in the houses during the winter period.
For the purposes of filming and recording, or any large group of guests, it will be necessary to book all 3 Houses.
No changes or refunds to any reservations resulting from the application of a credit are permitted.
Cancellation policy:
If the reservation is canceled or changed up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit amount will be refunded and no penalty will be charged.
In the event of cancellation after this date, the advance is non-refundable.
Confirmed reservations cannot be changed within 30 days of the check-in date.
In the event of cancellation/return and consequent transfer of a deposit already made, a fee of €35 may be charged for administrative expenses.
The deposit can be refunded within 10 working days of canceling the reservation.
In the event of a credit being issued for the rebooking of a stay, the new booking must be for an amount equal to or greater than the canceled booking. If the new booking is for a lower amount, the excess amount will not be refunded.
