The Porch House consists of:
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds and a small mezzanine, both bedrooms have a closet.
Two bathrooms connected to their respective rooms, equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towels, bath towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body cream from a highly regarded Portuguese brand.
A living room where there is a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob microwave oven with grill and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room has a very comfortable area with a fireplace and sofa bed, and good access to high-speed wi-fi with unlimited data and LCD TV Android system.
Coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar are available to our guests throughout their stay in limited quantities. The tap water is drinking water of the highest quality.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
In the exclusive outdoor space, there is a private pool with heated water and a porch that provides shade to part of the pool.
The Alpendre House was designed and built to minimize energy consumption, featuring high-performance insulation and windows. Most of the energy is generated through heat pumps!
