The Courtyard House consists of:
Three bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with two single beds. There is also a mezzanine located on the upper floor of the living room. Two of the bedrooms have wardrobes.
Three bathrooms connected to the respective rooms, equipped with shower, toilet, sink, towels, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream of a very reputable Portuguese brand
A living room where there is a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob microwave oven with grill and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room has a very comfortable area with a fireplace and sofa bed, and good access to high-speed wi-fi with unlimited data and LCD TV Android system.
Coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar are available to our guests throughout their stay in limited quantities. The tap water is drinking water of the highest quality.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
In the exclusive outdoor expaço, there is a private swimming pool with heated water in the courtyard.
Casa do Pátio was designed and built to minimize energy consumption as much as possible by having high thermal efficiency insulation and windows. Most of the energy is produced by heat pumps!
